I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency. The suite was huge, the bed felt like a cloud, and the staff were exceptional. The location was perfect, with shops just across the road. I particularly liked the 2-bedroom suite, and the glass wall in the second bedroom allowed the kids to go to bed while still being able to see us watching TV. The shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient, and the hotel's high level of professionalism was evident when my nephew went missing. The entire hotel sprang into action to find him, and I was impressed by the speed and seriousness with which the staff handled the situation.

This place has a great location near the main gate area and offers an absolutely fantastic breakfast with a wide range of hot and cold dishes.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a Disneyland vacation. The location of the hotel was central and just a short walk to a bakery and convenient store. The staff was highly professional and responsive. We could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

To our amazement, within just an hour, they had replaced the entire bed frame and mattress with brand new ones. This level of responsiveness and attention to detail truly impressed us. The hotel also had stunning architectural elements, especially in the lobby, which created a brilliant, light, and airy atmosphere. We loved sitting there and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and had good views, and we particularly enjoyed the flavored water dispensers throughout the hotel. They added a refreshing touch to our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated bathrooms in select rooms and the limited charging outlets, we still found the hotel well-maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and charming atmosphere.

The room was mind-blowing; the king bed suite with bunk beds and pull-out couch exceeded expectations in comfort and cleanliness. The staff were super friendly and treated my family like royalty. My buddies and I had a blast at the game room with tons of video and pinball machines. The hotel was super close to Disneyland, and the shuttle service made it easy to hop over there. Plus, the OC Brewhouse had a cool vibe and killer cocktails.

I wish there was a happening nightclub or a DJ playing at the hotel for a more happening vibe for us party-loving teens.
